The most recent venture from the Press Club Group, PM24 is set to shake up the Melbourne restaurant scene with its fresh, contemporary take on French cuisine. St Katherines George Calombaris and Shane Delia are set to begin works on their latest Melbourne restaurant St Katherine’s, where the long time friends will bring together their individual family histories, culture and cuisines to what is set to be an exciting expression of there inherent passion for hospitality.
Set to open in May 2011, St Katherine’s will embrace the quintessentially inspiring ottoman cuisine where Modern Greek, Turkish and Middle Eastern food finds its roots. This melding of cultures will come together as a contemporary sharing style menu. Defined by its custom made Turkish grill and a wood fired oven. St Katherine’s guarantee’s a dining experience that is fresh, healthy and filled with vibrant and affordable food that leaves you craving more.
St Kat’s Upstairs Private Dining, will be a unique 100 seat multipurpose venue, where working with the team you can create your own personalised restaurant for all your special occasions. A purpose built open kitchen enables Shane and George to hold live cooking classes, open kitchen dinners and unique events that will help create those special memories.
