MasterChef's Callum
Callum will be taking up the special apprenticeship offered to him by George Calombaris in the finale of this year’s MasterChef Australia in the coming weeks.
George and Callum ask that guests remember that this is a time for Callum to further his skills and gain experiences to build upon those achieved during MasterChef. Callum thanks guests for their ongoing support but asks that you remember that he is doing a job and apologises if he is unable to speak with you all.
PM24 and St Katherine's
The Press Club Group is excited to launch two brand new and very different venues over the next 6 months.PM24 is the fabulous new venue from acclaimed Melbourne chef Philippe Mouchel. Located at 24 Russell Street, this glamorous new venue is set to transform French cuisine in Melbourne.
Opening early December we are now taking enquiries for stand-out Christmas parties and reservations to be remembered. St Katherine’s is a joint venture between chef’s and long-time friends George Calombaris and Shane Delia.
Located on Cotham Road in Kew, this large venue will bring Middle-Eastern warmth and Hellenic heart to a brand new part of Melbourne.
