George Says Yeah

After the success of the inaugural event in 2009, George is thrilled to announce this very special evening is set to return for 2010 in support for Zoos Victoria.

This year, George will host chef’s Shane Delia (maha), Matt Wilkinson (Pope Joan), Sean Preslin (Sake in Sydney) and Adriano Zumbo (Adriano Zumbo’s chocolat café Sydney), and with Hellenic Republic chef Travis McAuley will be preparing an incredible five course menu with matched beverages for guests to enjoy.

Tickets are strictly limited, $175 per person with all proceeds going directly to Zoos Victoria.

Want to know the secrets to make Hellenic Republic’s fabulous Greek cuisine at home?Or do you have a burning question that only a Masterchef can answer? Join George Calombaris and Travis McAuley for lunch on Wednesday 6th October and they will be available to answer all of your enquiries in person.
The kitchen will look after the lunch, we’ll supply the wines and the boys will be your entertainment for the day.

Treat yourself to three courses including a selection of meze, succulent lamb from our famous rotisserie and our traditional desserts. Including a glass of locally made wine, this is a wonderful way to start the weekend early!

December Trading Hours

During December from Monday the 6th Hellenic Republic will be open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. We will also be open every day of the festive season, except for Boxing Day and New Years Day. For Christmas lunch we will be offering a special sharing menu at $125 for adults and $65 for children.
